5. Returns, Refunds & the Unboxing Rule
Unboxing Video Requirement
A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video is mandatory for any claims related to:
- Damaged items
- Missing items
- Incorrect products
Without this video evidence, Glamour Ceylon may be unable to process replacements or refunds.
Hygiene & Usage Policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Products with broken seals
- Used or opened beauty, skincare, personal care, or intimate items
