    1. Are your products 100% authentic?

    Absolutely. At Ceyglow, we guarantee that every product we sell is 100% genuine and sourced directly from authorized distributors or the brands themselves (India, USA, UK, etc.). We do not sell "first copies" or fakes.

    2. Do you offer Free Shipping?

    Yes! We offer Free Shipping on most of our products. Check the product page for the "Free Shipping" badge. For items that do not qualify for free shipping, the cost will be calculated at checkout based on the package weight and your delivery location.

    3. What payment methods do you accept?

    We offer several convenient ways to pay:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay the courier in cash when your package arrives (Available island-wide).

    • Bank Transfer: Securely transfer funds to our bank account before dispatch.

    We process orders within 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–3 business days, meaning you should receive your order within 5 business days total.

    Yes. We will provide you with a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp as soon as your order is dispatched.

    6. What if my product is damaged?

    We pack all items securely to prevent damage. However, for your safety and ours, we require an unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package. This video serves as necessary evidence for any damage claims or replacements.

    7. What happens if I provide an incorrect address?

    Please ensure your address and contact number are accurate. Ceyglow is not responsible for parcels delivered to the wrong location or returned to us due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
