Incorrect Product

If you receive a product different from what you ordered.

Expired Products

In the rare event that a product is delivered past its expiry date.

Condition for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and

  • In its original packaging with all seals intact.

Without a valid unboxing video, Glamour Ceylon reserves the right to decline return or refund requests.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Items with broken or removed seals

  • β€œChange of mind” returns after dispatch

How to Initiate a Return

If your order meets the eligibility criteria, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please include:

  • Your Order Number

  • The mandatory unboxing video

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days
